Meet me at Maynard's

Tucson has a really interesting activity called Meet Me at Maynard's. Maynard's is actually a market / restaurant in downtown Tucson near the Congress Hotel. Every Monday night, hundreds of people show up at the Congress Hotel to participate in a walk / run through the downtown. The downtown businesses offer 10% discounts to all participants every Monday night. There are also free tee shirts and caps for people who participate a certain number of times. Dave, Carol, Marilyn and Rick joined about 30 people from the Voyager Resort and did the two mile walk. We drank $2 craft beers and ate artisan pizzas afterwards. We will be back!
