Kaitlyn's 5th Birthday

I had a fun idea for Kaitlyn's birthday. Her folks told me she wanted an Olaf stuffed toy from Frozen so we went to the Build-A-Bear store at a local mall and she got to make her own. Her eyes were like saucers as we were led through the process by a wonderful store employee. Carol and I got a real kick out of it too. I'm hoping I have more chances to do it with my own grandkids in the future! We also went to Ron and Kristen's for a bbq on Sunday and enjoyed seeing Ron's dad and nephew again. She got a "Goin Fishin" game that we all had fond memories of playing so Kaitlyn didn't lack for competitors
